Since his retirement, Mr. De Werth has become an active investor and board member in several technology companies.
Lisa is the co-founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of hyperWALLET Systems Inc. She is responsible for guiding the company’s evolution from technology start-up to respected payments industry participant. In this regard, Lisa brings over 15 years of experience in an array of operationally sensitive international projects to bear.
Prior to founding hyperWALLET, she served as e-commerce Development Manager for an Internet start-up specializing in high availability, real-time credit card processing. Lisa was a founding director of the Wireless Innovation Society of British Columbia, and speaks frequently on payment and technology issues.
She holds Bachelors and Masters of Science degrees in Engineering, both from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Peter Burridge started his career in the software industry and after enjoying great success in that arena, moved to the financial services industry in 2006 where he operated between London and Washington DC as the CEO of Travelex Global Business Payments, the world's largest non bank Foreign Exchange provider.
Before Travelex, Mr. Burridge held various executive positions at both Oracle and Siebel. He was President of Siebel Asia Pacific and Japan, and Senior Vice President of Sales at Oracle Asia Pacific.
Mr. Burridge has 20+ years experience in the areas of Technology, Business Solutions, Product Development, Sales and M&A, and is an active investor, board member and advisory board member to hyperWALLET Systems Inc. and FireScope.
Since 2000, Scott White has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Parlay Entertainment Inc. (PEI:TSXV).
Prior to that time, Mr. White was engaged as a lawyer in the Province of Ontario, practicing in the areas of corporate/commercial law, administrative law and business law where he serviced a multinational, primarily corporate client base.
In addition to practicing law, Mr. White has been involved in a number of private and public enterprises as a director, officer and shareholder. Mr. White is a founding shareholder of Parlay Entertainment Inc., Frontenac Ventures Inc., Campbellville Partners Inc. and the founding partner of Bush Frankel White Barristers & Solicitors.
