Lisa Shields

Lisa is the co-founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of hyperWALLET Systems Inc. She is responsible for guiding the company's evolution from technology start-up to respected payments industry participant. In this regard, Lisa brings over 15 years of experience in an array of operationally sensitive international projects to bear.

Prior to founding hyperWALLET, she served as e-commerce Development Manager for an Internet start-up specializing in high availability, real-time credit card processing. Earlier assignments included commercialization of a prototype criminal geographic targeting application to assist police investigators in pursuit of serious violent and serial offenders, management of an elite team on a project in noise and vibration prediction and control, and design and implementation of embedded real-time hydrodynamic submarine training software.

Lisa was a founding director of the Wireless Innovation Society of British Columbia, and speaks frequently on payment and technology issues. She holds Bachelors and Masters of Science degrees in Engineering, both from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Bill Crowley

Bill Crowley manages hyperWALLET's key customer and partner relationships, and ensures that the company's technology and services are meeting their needs.

He is responsible for all aspects of product development - from conceptual discussions, through internal development, and on to final commissioning. Prior to joining hyperWALLET, Bill was the Systems Operations Manager for an e-commerce company where he was responsible for leading the information technology team in the management of a complex distributed environment.

Bill received a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University and has numerous additional technical and professional certifications.

Chris Silverson

In his role as Vice President of Sales at hyperWALLET, Chris Silverson is responsible for the overall corporate sales and business development objectives, strategies and programs for the company.

With over 15 years of software business experience in the enterprise applications and technology sector, he has taken on progressively more senior sales management roles throughout his career.

His business success ranges from bringing start-up technology companies to market, as well as senior account management responsibilities with Fortune 500 companies including ADP Canada and Oracle Corporation.

Chris holds a Bachelor's degree from Carleton University in Ottawa, and a Diploma of Marketing Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in Vancouver.

Gina Knight

Gina Knight is responsible for managing hyperWALLET’s corporate accounting, treasury and internal control systems across the entire organization.

She has over 15 years of international business experience and has held senior level positions in treasury, operations and bank management.

Most recently Gina served as COO for a technology start-up firm specializing in information solutions and services for mobile devices. Her previous experience also includes co-founding one of the first foreign-owned banks in Russia where she served as Chairman for six years.

Gina received an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and holds a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation with Mastery in Canadian Treasury.

Ciaran Lambe

Ciaran Lambe is responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of hyperWALLET's operational systems, policies and procedures. More specifically, he is responsible for the enhancement of management reporting, information flow and management, and business process and organizational planning.

Prior to hyperWALLET, Ciaran's extensive experience at Fincentric Corporation and CGI saw him managing key account software implementations for a number of large corporates, including delivery of banking services to numerous Credit Unions across Canada.

In addition to his operational duties, Ciaran also manages hyperWALLET's business relationships with external vendors, partners and customers, and is responsible for procedures related to customer support, settlement and reconciliation, and all internal and external reporting services.

Ciaran holds a BSc in Economics from Queens University in Belfast, Ireland.
