Revenue Share

 

This is a tiered program with three levels:

hyperWALLET's Gold and Platinum agents enjoy an aggressive revenue share with the best solution in the industry. Resellers are further rewarded with Deal Registration.

 

This process protects qualified accounts for hyperWALLET’s resellers and enables
them to earn additional profits from increased margins for their committed investment
in demand-generation activities.

 

 

Agency Partner Program Summary

 

Process

 

Under the Agency agreement:

 

hyperWALLET acts as the processor and the Agent sells the solution and manages the client relationship.  Channel price list provides for sharing of revenue across different revenue streams, fees, foreign exchange margin and interchange.  The website can be branded for the channel partner, or branded for the individual client.   hyperWALLET will provide sales support in the early stages, and full access will be granted to the sales collateral resources.  Opportunities must be registered with hyperWALLET as there are no exclusive territories granted.  The deal registration process involves providing details on the prospect, the estimated size and timing.  Deals will be reviewed on a monthly review process.

¹Partners typically receive referrals fees based on hyperWALLET’s net revenue for registered deals transacted by hyperWALLET directly with a customer prospect referred by the Partner. The Referral Partner revenue share is for three years.
